Welcome to the Travel Certification website (the “Site”), owned and operated by Travel Certification LLC (“Travel Certification”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site, training materials, content, and services. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

By using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, along with any additional terms and policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Access or attempt to access data or systems not intended for your use
- Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or training affiliation
3. Intellectual Property
All materials on this Site — including text, logos, videos, modules, graphics, and downloads — are the property of Travel Certification or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or redistribute content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Certification and Training Access
Course access, certification materials, and tools are provided for personal use only by enrolled users. Sharing access credentials or training content is prohibited and may result in termination of your account.
5. No Refund Policy
Certification purchases for any Travel Agent Certification program (including 6-Month, 12-Month, or payment-plan options) are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
Access to training materials, platforms, and member benefits begins immediately upon enrollment; therefore, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be granted for any reason outside the parameters described in Section 2.

Under this pledge, we guarantee that if you do not earn, receive, or save a minimum of $10,000 in combined travel income and/or travel incentives/vouchers within the designated program period, your certification dues will be refunded 100%.

Eligibility Window
Request must be in writing within 30 days after the one-year anniversary of your enrollment.
Applies only to your first year as a certified travel consultant with Travel Certification LLC.
What’s Included in the Calculation
Earnings: Commissions and approved bonuses received through your host agency during your first year.
Savings: Documented savings from eligible industry discounts and privileges used by you or your travel companions during your first year.
Travel Certification–issued vouchers/incentives (up to $10,000): The face value of travel vouchers, credits, or incentives issued to you by Travel Certification LLC during your first year counts toward the $10,000 threshold whether or not you redeem them (i.e., unused value still counts).
Certification dues for refund purposes: Enrollment fee and monthly access fees actually paid to Travel Certification LLC during that year.
Fair-Effort Criteria (must meet all)
Complete the required Travel Certification basic training within 30 days of enrollment.
Attend at least 5 host-agency training webinars in your first year.
Service a minimum of 10 clients provided by the host agency.
Complete at least one free specialist course with a host-agency preferred partner within your first 90 days.
Booked at least one vacation package, hotel, or cruise through a preferred partner that has already traveled (completed) or is paid in full and non-refundable within your first year.
Maintain valid advisor status in good standing for the entire year and at the time of your request (no payment failures, credit holds, inactive status, or violations of your IC Agreement or program rules).
How to Request
Send a written request (email is fine) within 30 days after your one-year anniversary, including documentation we reasonably require to verify eligibility and amounts (commission statements, booking confirmations/invoices, proof of industry-rate savings, webinar attendance records, and the voucher/incentive issuance documentation).
Notes & Exclusions
Only vouchers/incentives issued by Travel Certification LLC are counted toward the $10,000; third-party incentives not issued by us are excluded unless expressly funded by us.
Vouchers/incentives are counted once at their face value when issued and are non-transferable; they cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be double-counted with any other credit or refund.
Chargebacks, cancellations, unpaid commissions, tips, and personal cash incentives do not count as earnings or savings.
One claim per agent. We may update the pledge prospectively; your eligibility is governed by the terms in effect at your enrollment. Subject to applicable law.
5.2. Payment Plans
Participants who enroll using installment or payment-plan options remain contractually responsible for the full program amount.
Defaulting on payments voids the guarantee and forfeits any eligibility for a refund under Section 2.

5.3. Policy Acknowledgement
By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy, including the limited exception provided by the $10K Earnings Guarantee Pledge.
6. Third-Party Tools and Resources
Our Site may contain links to external platforms used for supplier certifications, partner logins, or other services. Travel Certification is not responsible for the content, functionality, or terms of those third-party sites.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Travel Certification be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or its content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and training programs at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of materials.
